Well, one time i was walking out of a tram and i saw a dude there, next to a wall. He was (idk why) staring at his crotch, pinching something (i think garbage?) in both of his hands, and holding it up. Oh and when i say he was staring at his crotch, i mean his face was right in front of it, it was pretty fucking weird i say. So i looked around but no one was paying attention to him and i got weirded out so i walked away. Fyi i wasn't just standing there, he was a bit further away from me and i had to walk past him to the stairs. :/
TL;DR weird dude.
